Hotel Room Reservations

Industry Representatives who are attending the Summit may directly reserve hotel rooms online. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel at a special group rate. We recommend making a reservation as soon as possible since a limited number of rooms are available.

All on-site attendees qualified for Scholarships will have their room reservations managed directly by the event organizer.

Guest Room Rate: $129 Per Night (plus applicable state and local taxes)

Scholarship Applicants: Please do not book a Hotel Room, as lodging will be managed directly by the Conference Organizer as part of your Scholarship.

Cut-Off Date

The deadline for accepting reservations into this room block is Wednesday, October 16, 2024. Reservation requests received after 5:00 PM local time at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted based on guest room availability at the prevailing transient rates. The Group understands that the group rate may not be available after the cut-off date. All unused rooms and suites will be automatically released for general sale when cut off.
